- 1 1/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp. honey
- Brown sugar (optional)
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add quick oats and honey, reduce to a simmer, and simmer for 4-5 minutes until oatmeal has absorbed all the water.
- Top with blueberries, honey, cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped nuts.
