Apple Cider Fizz

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces of gin
• 2 ounces homemade or store-bought apple cider
• 2 ounces tonic water
• 1 cup ice
• 1 apple for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a mixing glass, add gin and apple cider. Stir mixture. Add tonic water and stir again. Add ice to serving glass then pour mixture over ice.

   Garnish: Spiraled apple peel
